Is there anything better than a cheese board???
It’s a great way to explore new cheeses and use some left-overs bits of randomness in the fridge.
When building a cheese board I always start with the cheese, placing it sporadically around the board. Allow yourself to use an array of cheese; soft, hard, get experimental and try something new. This is the time to speak to the cheesemonger at the market. They are super knowledge and this will expand your horizons.
I then begin to fill the spaces in between.
Feel free to add anything; a cheeseboard can always be seasonal, throw in some fruit, nuts, some leftover jam, and even some chocolate for a little sweetness.
Just have fun with it, enjoy the process and always take the time to make it pretty.
