Peas with Butter and Mint

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb frozen peas or fresh peas

2 tablespoon butter

Handful of fresh mint, chiffonade

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Once the water is boiling drop your peas in and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Once the peas are cooked drain and place the peas in a serving dish. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and a pinch of salt to the peas and stir. Top with the other tablespoon of butter and fresh mint and serve.
