1/4 red cabbage
4 stalks kale
1 cup snap peas
3 carrots
1 small bunch of radishes
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
I love to use my mandolin when I make this dish. It’s also a great time to practice your knife skills!
Slice everything super thin (reserve the hemp seeds for later) and combine in a large bowl. Add the salad dressing and combine. Top with hemp seeds.
