The only thing needed for this dish is super fresh ingredients and a great sharp knife.
Slice the tomatoes and place them on a shallow serving platter. I like to use an assortment of tomatoes (if using small cherry tomatoes, slice them in half). Carefully cut your peach in half, remove the pit and slice the peaches into segments, arrange them on the plate. Break the burrata into pieces and place them sporadically around the plate. Arrange the basil and drizzle the olive oil and a really nice thick balsamic vinegar. Top with Maldon sea salt and cracked pepper.
