The Green Sauce

Ingredients

1/3 cup cashews

2 small garlic cloves

1/2 jalapeño

1 bunch chives, roughly chopped

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Juice from 2 limes

1 tablespoon water

1/2 tablespoon honey

Salt to taste

Instructions

Add the cashews and garlic to a small blender or food processor. Pulse until they are broken down into small pieces.

Add the jalapeño, chives, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, water, and honey to the blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Season with salt to taste.

Enjoy this mixture as a flavorful addition to veggies or as a dip!
