The Green Sauce
- 1/3 cup cashews
- 2 small garlic cloves
- 1/2 jalapeño
- 1 bunch chives, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Juice from 2 limes
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- Salt, to taste
- Prepare the Cashews and Garlic
Add the cashews and garlic to a small blender or food processor. Pulse until broken down into small pieces.
- Add the Remaining Ingredients
Add the jalapeño, chives, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, water, and honey to the blender. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Season and Serve
Season with salt to taste. Enjoy this mixture as a flavorful addition to veggies or as a dip.
