Super Summer Caprese

Ingredients

Scale

1 peach, cut into 1/4 inch segments

1 plum, cut into 1/4 inch segments

1 handful of tomatoes, halved

1 8 oz ball of burrata

1 handful of fresh basil leaves, removed from stem

Olive oil

Aged thick balsamic vinegar

Maldon sea salt

Fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

Combine the peach, plum, and tomatoes in a shallow bowl.

Gently break up the burrata and place alongside the fruit. Place basil throughout the dish.

Drizzle the olive oil, and balsamic vinegar over everything and finish with some Maldon sea salt and cracked pepper.
