4 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of yuzu sauce
Dash of Seaweed Gomasio Sesame seeds by Eden Foods to give that extra taste.
Plate the cucumber.
Mix the vinegar and yuzu in a small bowl; drizzle over the cucumbers.
