Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

Scale

1 shallot, minced super fine

1 small garlic clove, grated

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

1 teaspoon honey

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

Add the shallot, garlic, dijon, honey, and balsamic to a bowl and whisk.

Gradually whisk in the olive oil.

Season with salt and pepper.

You can store this for a week in the fridge in a glass jar with a lid.
