Raw Tahini Brownie Bites
- 1/2 cup + 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1/2 tablespoon tahini
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons bee pollen
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together the cacao powder, melted coconut oil, agave nectar, tahini, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir with a spatula until you achieve a thick paste.
- Form the Rectangle
Place the mixture between two pieces of parchment paper. Press gently to form a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
- Top with Toppings
Sprinkle the bee pollen and chia seeds over the mixture. Gently press down to ensure the toppings stick.
- Chill
Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes, allowing it to firm up.
- Cut and Serve
Once chilled, remove from the fridge and cut into 16 squares.
