1/2 cup + 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1/2 tablespoons tahini
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A nice pinch of salt
2 tablespoons bee pollen
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Add the cacao, coconut oil, agave, tahini, vanilla, and salt to a bowl. Using a spatula combine everything until you have a thick paste. Press the mixture in between 2 pieces of parchment paper and gently press down forming a rectangle. It should be about 1/2 inch thick. Top with bee pollen and chia seeds gently pressing down so they stick to the brownie. Place In the fridge for 30 mins. Remover from the fridge and cut into squares. You should end up with 16 squares. Best stored in the fridge.
