3 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb broccolini
3 garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon chili flakes
Salt to taste
1/2 lemon juiced
Heat your wide-bottomed pan over medium-high heat. (I love to use a cast iron pan for this dish.)
Once the pan is hot add your olive oil, when the oil is hot add the broccolini to the pan and leave for a few minutes until it gets lightly charred.
Using tongs or a wooden spoon stir the broccolini around. Add the garlic, chili flakes, and salt. Continue to cook for a couple more minutes. Squeeze your lemon juice onto the broccolini and serve.
