3 cups gluten-free oats
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup flax seeds
1/3 cup hemp seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup brown rice syrup
Heat the oven to 325 degrees.
In a large bowl combine oats, coconut flakes, sliced almonds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Using a wooden spoon combine everything and set it aside.
In a small saucepan over medium to low heat whisk the coconut oil and brown rice syrup together until they are warmed and combined. Pour the warmed liquid onto the dry ingredients. Transfer everything to a baking sheet and bake in the oven stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown and dry. 30 to 35 minutes. Enjoy.
