1 shallot minced
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Aleppo pepper
Salt to taste
1/2 lemon juiced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tablespoons honey
Dice your shallot and place it in a bowl.
Cover with the apple cider vinegar and leave to sit for 5 minutes. Add the Aleppo pepper, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil. Whisk everything together. Check for taste. If you want it sweeter add the honey.
Note: Sometimes I use a combo of olive oil and chili olive oil from Brightland.
